I take the NT 10-K filings as an intention to file the 10-Ks "in the coming days".
The 10-K (annual report) is more complex than 10-Qs and requires auditor sign-off. The delay in the filing seems to suggest a problem with the contents that could be the result of an SEC investigation.
If the plan was not to file anything ever again:
Why bother filing the NT 10-Ks?
Why bother with keeping the Trademark application alive?
Why bother responding to emails and phone calls (even with nothing new)?
Why bother paying the rent through June 2021?
