I completely agree, why else would it be a big week if some paperwork or something isnt happening like that? Your timeline makes sense before 14th or 15th based on my previous posts DD. Problem is if he doesnt happen before then, may not happen till January 2022. Because last 2 weeks of the year are normally a wash.
