Does anyone think that the stock is fairly valued at these levels? Does anyone NOT see something suspicious in the intraday patterns of trading of the stock, and the constant bashing of the company by purported shareholders?
And why would any genuine shareholder say "the company can't function if it doesn't get the 200 million shares, so vote AGAINST them"?
Just exactly who profits from tying the company's ability to negotiate a deal, after Dr. Kelly has said publicly that they are talking to prospective partners?
