Yes, this has been a debatable point made once or twice since Form 144 was filed. I contend that the strict definition of a shell company describes UNVC as we knew it on September 30, and therefore these assertions that Doc has to roll up the companies and create the conglomerate before he sells under Rule 144 are accurate. Others have pointed to the fact that the Quarterly and Annual reports specifically say this is not a Shell company, and it is backed up by the Attorney Letters. I'm not sure the SEC cares about that, since they are kind of self-reporting.
