Yeah, they did on August 20, 2021 and the share price actually went up!!!
On August 20, 2021, Verb closed at $1.95. Closed at $1.92 the day before
By the end of that week, it closed at $2.15 so I call bullshit
But red, Verb surprised bedwetters this time. They don't like to be surprised and want to know material information in advance!!!

The current drop of price doesn't justify it

As I said dozens of times, almost all tech company raises funds. The stock price either stays the same or goes up...
UNLESS, they were raising funds at a discount to the market which they are not.
