Here's another thing for folks to think about in reference to the Investigation HO number. If the HO number hinders a company from gaining an up-listing to the NASDAQ until it is closed, then why was Joe talking about the up-listing approval when he knew there was an on-going investigation? Should Joe not have told us about the investigation when he knew the NASDAQ would never approve our up-listing? Did he not know an investigation would prevent an up-listing to the NASDAQ? As doc stated on a previous post, the SEC clearly states it's up to the company whether they report an investigation or not to shareholders. So why were we not told? Were we being misled into thinking an up-listing could happen soon? We need an explanation!
