Just for the record, Joe never discussed any non-public information. As a matter of fact, if I inadvertently asked or mentioned something non-public he would say he could not talk about anything non-public. I know other folks have messaged with Joe and or others related to GNBT/NGIO and have received similar responses. As far as my conversation with Joe, I will only say it happened fairly recent. I will say this, Joe appears to be just as upset as the shareholders are IMHO. Summarizing something Joe said, "things are out of his hands, sorry to say".
As far as some of what I posted as it relates to GNBT/NGIO's up-listing to the NASDAQ, it's public knowledge that the NASDAQ will not consider any application for up-listing when a company or it 's subsidiaries are under investigation. It's as simple as that. The reason I brought that up is because I saw some folks still thinking an announcement for the up-listing of GNBT/NGIO could happen any day now when that simply isn't true IMHO. I suppose it may be true to some extent, but only after the investigation is complete. Hey, I wish all this crap wasn't happening, but it is. GLTA!
