Normally I would agree. But, in this case, I grouped GNBT/NGIO anything together since I believe they are both part of the investigation based on what Joe stated to me. Joe said "NASDAQ will not list anyone parent or sub with an open "HO" number. This was a response to a statement I made. As far as NGIO being clean, I'm not sure that is true since the same folks run GNBT & NGIO.
