Re: Captionobvious #33435
Here's a FACT that many folks are not aware of in regards to the up-listing to the NASDAQ. The NASDAQ will NOT approve an up-list application to the NASDAQ if there is an investigation currently going on. Joe has even verified that with me. So, anyone expecting an announcement in regards to the up-listing to the NASDAQ, don't expect anything until the investigation has been completed.
Also, if the company needs to sell shares for money, I seriously doubt they will be allowed to do that since the company appears to be restricted from doing numerous things. Whether that's true or not, who knows. But, all one has to do is review the recent O/S history to realize the company hasn't sold shares in the past few weeks. With all the volume last week, I was surprised as I'm sure many were. It appears many folks simply sold. I suppose, you can't blame them. I mean, who wants to be the last one out the door if this truly fails completely? Unfortunately, I think we will see more of the same since I think this wait will be going on for much longer than we all realize IMHO.
Let's hope this investigation yields nothing as far as inappropriate/illegal activity by the company and/or officials. I hope we can resume normal business before the end of the year. In the mean time, enjoy the holidays & GLTA!
