Regarding the eviction. I checked the Broward County website for other recent Sunbeam Properties evictions and found case CACE21015393 .
I noticed that after the "Summons Returned Served" it took another 6 weeks for the court to issue the "Final Judgment for Eviction". So, based on our current status (CACE21017610) of "Summons Returned Served" on 11/2 I would not expect the "Final Judgment for Eviction" to occur before mid-December.
In other words, until the "Final Judgment for Eviction" we have not been evicted, and the address should technically still be our valid business address IMHO.
Also, please keep in mind that I'm not an attorney and am just trying to hold on to any hope, no matter how hopeless the situation may appear.
