I have a thought, as much as the additional 200 million shares enables fund raising, is it possible that it could be part of a partnership? I remember researching partner deals and it seems like the partner takes a 20-40% stake before a full buy out. Is it possible that with 600 million shares roughly owned of our current 800 million total does not allow a big enough partnership % left? We only have enough shares for a 20% partner, if all are used. Am I missing something?
