Re: Evil Rabbit #110778
If 13D has in fact sold their stock after the Sept. 1 record date, and perhaps even shorted CYDY, all of these "letters" urging people to vote in a way that they acknowledge will hurt the company is unquestionably attempted illegal stock manipulation. They are representing themselves as large shareholders. Are they?
If someone is financing that group to send out these emails and PRs that are harmful to the company (and acknowledged in this latest email), then it would be real interesting to know who, and why, wouldn't it?
Here is an interesting little excerpt from their email. They are urging people to vote no based on an ASSUMPTION which they cannot prove.
What kind of responsible analysts would say: let's go ahead and kill the company now, because we ASSUME that we think we MAY know what they MIGHT have done for financing? And why would any genuine shareholder try to block financing, when their whole premise is that the company MAY need more shares? Wouldn't a genuine shareholder say "vote for them and let's hope that will be enough"?
Of course, the "need more shares" crap ASSUMES that the stock price will always be at this level.
Anyone who voted for 13D: do you think your interests are being served?
