Rocket Man, here's an article that will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up! LOL! The SEC caught  this Swiss broker/banker red handed, slapped them on the wrist with a puny fine, and never did make them cover the billions of counterfeit shares they sold.. The VP of FINRA even admitted the whole system was flawed.. I hope I don't ever get asked to decide the fates of all these crooks on wall street, because I would ask for a couple cases of cartridges and a tommy gun as a reply.
