Actually Chiro, Progressive Care (RXMD) which had a CC just this past Monday 11/15 has been in quiet period for about a year it seems (apparently happenings beyond control with acquisition and other matters) and the filing of its 'confidential' S1 to get on Nasdaq which should go effective at some point after the shareholder meeting/vote Dec. 3rd ... but I'll hope we (UNVC) won't deal with anything like that...
