Keep in mind no one said it was an IPO or an uplist. Those are just 2 reasons for an SEC mandated quiet period. There are other business activities and filings that could be taking place where Doc can't comment on them until they are complete and made public. I firmly believe the activities happening in THIS QUARTER are the ones we have been dreaming and praying for. When they become public things will never be the same (in a very good way).
