Do we have "Official Quiet Periods for business deals?

Somebody with more business dealing knowledge can chime in.

I personally don't know for sure. I'm leaning towards a legit filing.

I also agree with you, that it really doesn't matter because things are really happening behind the scenes.

There will be an end to the quiet period in the not too distant future.
