They filed for delayed reporting - why would they do that if they "decided" to stop publishing their 10ks? This smacks of something holding up the reporting - SEC investigation, accountants, lawyers...who knows. But actions taken don't seem to support a "going dark" thesis.

I'm not expecting anything next week with the holiday and a shortened trading week (not to mention a usually light volume week). Maybe something after the first of December?
