Many don't know that Bambuser was around since 2007, much of that time making very little money until they did the 'pivot'. Now 14 years later they have two core products. Actually 1 as they are mostly similar
One-to-Many - Like VerbLive
One-to-One - Like VerbLive
They don't have something like VerbCRM, VerbTeams, VerbLearn, VerbPulse, VerbMail
Their investors are hoping they aren't a 1 trick pony, but haven't been scared away.
They raised a total of $45M last year to fund their 'pivot', but investors weren't scared. In fact, just the opposite. The stock kept coming up as they did the raises.
Check it out for yourself. Ain't that a hoot.

Here's the 'pivot' PR:
Bambuser raises $45M after shifting focus to live video shopping

When Verb's MarketPlace gets launched this year, they won't have anything like that.
They don't have Bambuser.TV either
They could. Good company with a lot of smart people I'm sure, but they need to use their finite resources and pick their ponies to ride just like Verb does
They recently launched Phygital Solutions last month
Picture yourself walking into a shopping mall or store where the online version mirrors the real location. Pretty cool. That will take a lot of resources and customers will need to spend some big bucks I'm sure. But Phygital can range to them just helping you setup a corner in your store to do broadcasting. Everythign would be a customer one off since every retailer is different. Hard to scale, but you can charge a premium if you can find the customers

Bambuser does have one other offering. a Software Developer Kit for Video Streaming SDK but it's not built for Live Video Shopping.
Kind of a DYI for those that are technical enough. Not sure why you would use them for that when their are a ton of other choices, but if you were already a customer, then it makes sense.

There eventually will be other public in video Live Streaming Shoppable companies out there if the big boys don't buy up the private ones first like they've been doing.
Verb will accelerate faster with more of them to take turns drafting. Right now, Bambuser is the only public company I can find that has something similar to one of Verb's products. Once MarketPlace is launched this year, then we'll have more comps that I've posted before, but even those are private.
