I was hoping they would move out the date of record until Nov 1st to allow for the additional shares that everyone's purchased since Sept and knowing that many of the 13D supporter's probably sold after the Delaware Court ruling. But, being an optimist, I'm hoping they're close to having a quorum and didn't want to risk losing any votes by starting over.
