BTW, I did go back and watch all the video interviews again that Jason did last night to verify what I remember. Found almost everything I was looking for and even a few things I didn't noticed before. For example Rory did mention NFTs in one of them. At the time it didn't mean much.

The one I couldn't find yet is the one where Rory said if a certain deal went through the company would be substantially larger. Based on connecting the dots it would appear that is deal that is happening right now and the one Truist Securities was brought in for.

So how large is this company?

How many employees do they have?

What is their annual revenue?

What is the financial engineering to acquire or even merge?
