Poorly managed companies letting distraction and personal interests get in the way usually do not make it in the end. Track history is important. It's a shame. A couple of patents is nothing to hang your hat on. The stock price is more often than not a message from the shareholders. And sometimes it's not a pretty one. Especially, when leadership has no interest in reaching out to shareholders to show appreciation for their support and set the record straight. But there's nothing straight about the developments with this company other than a straight dive down.

my opinions here of course. but what do we know? we know nothing because we're having to find out everything being tweeted is not accurate and a smoke screen through our own due diligence.
