That sounds logical, but not real clear on the form. I do see it can be confidential. For an IPO, the confidential part ends I believe 21 days before they start their "dog and pony show". I would say not the case with Univec because no securities are being sold by the company so we may just see an S-1 on Edgar shortly before news. Maybe someone knows the notification time for sure.
I still don't think Doc's tweet had anything to do with Univec as we are not selling securities so no "quiet period", IMO. We all have to realize Doc does tweet some things that are in no way connected with Univec.
