Good copy and paste, but not relevant to Univec, Inc. Univec is not doing an IPO (initial public offering) as we already trade OTC.
No S-1 filing, IMO. Show me in the S-1 form where it refers to anything other than to register securities for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
No "quiet period" folks, reading way too much into Doc's tweet. Just look at what the "market said".. Yaaawn.
