Good copy and paste, but not relevant to Univec, Inc. Univec is not doing an IPO (initial public offering) as we already trade OTC.
No S-1 filing, IMO. Show me in the S-1 form where it refers to anything other than to register securities for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
