The company have not behaved in a professional manner and shown a lack of respect to it's shareholders.
With a stack of lawsuits against them in recent times, the reality is we've all invested in a company that has no real purpose, has given shares away to stave off debts, now seems to have been evicted and a CEO who has gone missing.
With nothing being produced or sold, the current state of the company was inevitable. It's hard to see it surviving much longer.
We've all shown support, patience and respect to Joe and his team, what a shame it hasn't been reciprocal.
Let's also not forget the large dividends or bonuses Joe took last year.
Shameful.
