the facts say that there have been no communications for 4 months, that every month (few) shares are issued, which are at least 2 days late in the 10k.
And that panic selling is taking place: either someone knows and sells, or the shorters are speculating on uncertainty.
Usually in these moments it is counterproductive to sell ... imho
