Again. Yes, you can "lock up" shares, so that they will only sell at the higher price that you have decided on.
But "locking up" shares in this way has nothing to do with whether they can be loaned out for shorting by your broker or not.
Please feel free to prove me wrong with real evidence, -not just blanket statements.
