I posted about Dr. Dalton's latest tweet earlier ... had to run so couldn't follow up but is he speaking about Lloyd Wayne, the rapper?

I'm thinking of responding to Dalton on Twitter but first wondering if anyone here knows anything about this tragic happening that warranted Dalton to go public... or basically who this 'Wayne' might be?
