Great question and if I were to speculate, since our our dividend shares are locked and can be identified, they could be changed back to the placeholder A shares. Perhaps an SEC deep dive is happening now to isolate the trades for NUGX which hopefully can be tracked back to a few sellers who will be prosecuted.
If those who sold were able to sell by a TDA mistake, then this will be sussed out, but the pathway could be able to tell origin and hopefully those folks that acted with intent can be held responsible. I personally lost $15k in buying more NUGX shares thinking that $1.25 was a good deal for a supposed $9 stock.
I am taking this as positive news in that NUGX fraud is being addressed.
