I just tried to buy some and it said that NUGX is subject to SEC 15C2-11 which is the law against securities fraud. It strikes me as something is finally happening to address the bad actors behind NUGX that profited from the fraudulent listing that occurred to mess with GNBT/NGIO. I hope they get the people behind it as they have caused more damage to NGIO at a precarious time for their own personal gain.

I’m actually encouraged by this action. Will buy more GNBT today.
