So let's just ask ourselves, what do we really know?
- No "official" news in almost four months
- NT 10-Ks were filed
- Missed deadline by 1 day for 10-Ks so far
- Eviction proceedings for $100K (NuGenerex Diagnostics LLC)
- "Complete Vaccine" Trademark application is active
- Malaysia "status quo" statement
- Joe and Todd are responding (can't talk about it...)
- Delisting of GNBT stock is not imminent (NUGX could be a different story, hence the panic selling)
