Yes, a quiet period would be a great thing and could mean he has filed the S1 to re-register with the SEC.
Question though for the board. It appears his last post on LinkedIn or Twitter was 10/30, could it have begun then? I honestly was surprised he didn’t post on Veterans Day with it being so close to him personally and had always posted in the past. That was my first guess that maybe he was in a quiet period.
