After reading through many articles concerning the "quiet period" I have come to the conclusion that Doc would have to have a quiet period if he decided to bring HRI public.
They are currently a private company.
We hope one day they will be part of the Conglomerate.
To bring them Public would require a quiet period IMO.

Kizmet can't recommend investors to buy into a OTC stock trading at .06.

Very encouraging that we are in a quiet period.

I'll take it, and happily added a few shares this morning.

We should be cooking by the end of the year.
