Part of going dark is deregistering from the SEC as a reporting company. See form 15-12G filed in 2010. He has to reregister with SEC now that we are current again.

I do not know if this requires an S-1 or if this is a merger with another entity or what it is all about. But if we ARE in a quiet period then it is a good thing.
