It seems like the Canadian SAP program is less like an EUA and more like a streamlined EIND in the USA. The wording in the announcement " authorized Emergency Use" is confusing because of the different laws in each country. The question in my mind is why Canadians can receive an the drug while Americans in similar situations can't.
