Sure - why not, I'll give my opinion.
I agree that the person who dumped 860K shares for close to $50K very likely has 10's of million shares. 10 million pennies adds up to $100K so my opinion is that person is tired of seeing his account drop by hundreds of thousands dollars and decided to get some "cash in hand". On the bright side, I grabbed a big chunk of that dump.
