Well, it's a little shy of the federal and state tax liens, anyway.
I have a different take from NYD on filing the NTs (gee, what a surprise, right?). This is simply delaying the inevitable, trying to buy more time, hoping that lightning strikes somehow. One can wonder whether a couple of bucks each week of the expenses were dedicated to buying MegaMillions or Powerball tickets, so that the companies could pay their bills if it hit. (It would not be the first time that happened.)
Kind of like investing in GNBT or NuGen...
