In fact, your point on the NTs is my point exactly. By filing the NTs, Joe was stating his intentions to file the Ks.
But his inability to do so in a timely manner, when this should be completely under his control, is indicative of a larger problem. Another missed deadline (that could in fact end up with a GNBT trading halt… and then where does he get his funds to keep the lights on?).
He and Todd have been telling people it’s “business as usual”. I guess this is just that.
