Certainly looks like it could be it. Name is the same except the public company has "China" in front. But we know their businesses are private up to this point, just like the Yicheng company that was found.

Out of curiosity, did a translation of "yicheng." It refers to a few locations in China (city and county names) and can also be translated into English as "plan," "program," "schedule," "schematic," etc. Just wanted to see how unique the word is. Not sure what do draw from it except that the "3 brothers" probably wouldn't choose a name that has been taken.
