I have places in both NJ and Florida. And although Legal in NJ, you can only get through a dispensary, but there are none licensed to dispense yet.  And NJ has very strict laws and very limited to the conditions.  There was actually a court case in NJ, a man has a qualifying condition under state law, but was arrested and found guilty of possetion because he didn't obtain the MJ from a dispensary.
