Would be nice to think that. However, everything I find says EDGAR updates “almost immediately” until 5:30. After that, it can sometimes be delayed, but it doesn’t matter if it was due today… after 5:30 it gets the next day’s date.

Hoping for an obscure 24-hr extension rule to go along w the NT extension. No evidence found for that yet.
