Agreed. It looks grim. I was just thinking there could be some obscure rule that goes along w the 24-hour extension for the NT.
Here is a calculator for due dates that includes adding the 15 days for the NT. It shows today as the due date.

I hope there is some extension w the 24-hour rule. However, if they missed the deadline, and they are in fact late, I fear for what this would mean for any IPO or listing. I believe a listing Co has to have been current on all filings for the last 12 months.
IF they are indeed late, things could very well be in a final death spiral.
