There are only three plausible reasons that I can think of why someone would sell/short on the day of two 10-Ks after 4 months of silence.
1. They are just taking a bet on the stock price falling further after disappointing 10-Ks, and they know nothing. Given the history of Generex that makes the most sense.
2. Stop loss trades were triggered around 10 cents, and somebody is betting on that. This could actually be a good thing because they want to buy cheaper shares.
3. They have inside information on the disappointing 10-Ks. Hello SEC!
