Currently, Cytodyn seeks only injunctive relief. I am not sure if NSF is named as a defendant. I have not seen the entire complaint. This is why I have been copying Aaron, as he has been my only source (a good source, but not complete information). I know that Aaron cited some information from Facebook once. Maybe more information is available there.
