As I already feared, it will be almost impossible to extract a HIV BLA from this compromised piece of s**tpile from AMAREX.
How is the HIV combo efficiency of 81% affected? Positive or negativ? Nobody knows for now or will ever.
I assume FDA already knows about this red flags and will touch this BLA (if it ever can be filed) with extra scrutiny.
They better ditch this BLA, SUE the HELL out of AMAREX and its mother company and start a fresh HIV mono asap.
