Read the Court documents. If it were true, it would have been screamed from the rooftops and Micah would have been a co-Defendant.
When you read Kyle won a lawsuit against Micah, that is also false. There was a settlement after MSJ regarding several BS claims by Kyle were REJECTED by the Court.I have posted the ruling, but you can check that as well. You know how to search Hillsclerk, don’t you?

Anyway, Micah simply returned shares that belonged to him and others because they had become worthless. Kyle used company treasury because he has a personal vendetta against someone who fired him AFTER he lost his broker’s license. Micah returned 34MM shares, but Kyle issued around 40MM fighting the lawsuit, plus legal and other fees.
