Diddy, the BTD application for TNBC was actually submitted Oct. 5th, even if the PR was Oct. 8th. So 60 days from there would be Jan. 4th.
Meanwhile, the FDA says a response will come in 60 days or less, so one would guess it would be less.
And then to get even more finicky with the dates, Mon. Jan 2nd is a holiday, so wouldn't you think the FDA would respond either between Christmas and New Year's (week of Dec. 28th to 31st), or hell, let's get this done before Christmas and take that week off, which would mean the week starting Dec. 20th -- and poof, that's just five weeks away.
