I don't see this JV transferring any of the vaccine manufacturing over to Innova. It is more likely that Innova will be involved on the distribution side, not manufacturing. Sino already has the vaccine factories and is scaling up to 7 billion doses by end of 2021. I don't think Innova could add much to that.
Pasaca's original deal with Biotime was for the distribution of Biotime's LFDs and that's where the majority of Innova's success was.
