Your LAST vote counts...period. You need to make sure it has been counted...IF you have a MARGIN account...be mindful of your shares that may be lent out to shorts. Cash accounts/IRAs need not worry about shares lent out.
MAKE SURE you vote...is COUNTED. Check your brokerage.
