My intent was not to be disingenuous at all. I was trying to point out that too much of that financing isn't good. I understand very well the challenges CYDY has faced and continue to face. But you can't ignore the facts. I have a healthy position in the stock, as most board participants do, and I prefer the 200 million share authorization. I've been doing this for over 40 years professionally and I get it.
