Acquisitions like this usually have a reduction in value for undisclosed liabilities covering a period of time. Both entities have insurance which might come into play as well. If that is true in this case, good lawyers like we have will sniff that out prior to any settlement.

All of us Monday morning quarterbacks will just have to wait to see if any real dollar value to be recovered. We don't have adequate facts.
